From San Jose Airport:
Follow the signs from the airport to 880 South to Santa Cruz. 880 South becomes Highway 17. Highway 17 ends in Santa Cruz.
From the San Francisco airport:
Follow the signs to 101 South. Take Highway 101 south until 85 South. Take 85 South until Highway 17. Highway 17 ends in
Santa Cruz. (If you miss the exit for 85 South don’t worry, 101 will take you all the way to 880 which turns into Highway
17. Taking 85 South is faster though, so keep your eyes open for the exit.)
From the Oakland Airport:
Get to 880 South. 880 goes through San Jose and becomes Highway 17. Highway 17 ends in Santa Cruz.
If your hotel is on ocean street, take Highway 17 the very end (following the signs for Ocean Street/Beaches). Once
you are off the freeway you will be on Ocean Street, now just look for your hotel.
If you are staying at the Sea and Sand Inn or the Ramada Inn, Exit Highway 17 before it ends, following the signs to Highway
1 North. Follow the path of least resistance until the freeway totally ends. There will be two right turn lanes
with a sign that says UCSC. Take a right turn here. Now you are on a very busy street called Mission Street.
Take Mission Street through a few lights until you get to Bay Street. Take a left on Bay. Follow Bay until it ends and
you will see the Sea and Sand Inn on your right. The Ramada Inn is across the street from the Coast Hotel which is directly
in front of you.
